Delivery

We deliver our orders through SF Express, to offer our customer a fast and convenient delivery service.

Currently, we only accept orders to be delivered within the territory of Hong Kong SAR.

 

Free Local Delivery

  • For purchases over $400: free delivery to SF self-pick up, SF EF locker, residential or business address.

A $30 surcharge applies for remote areas such as outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau etc), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Airport Restricted Areas, etc.

 

Delivery Charge

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges shall be pay on delivery.

Delivery Time

We normally ship within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. An extra 1-2 days of shipping and processing may be required for remote areas such as outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau etc), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Airport Restricted Areas, etc.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), you can exchange the merchandise within seven (7) days of purchase. Please contact our customer service hotline within seven (7) days of purchase. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase when you exchange your merchandise. Each online order is only eligible for one exchange. In the event the merchandise you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange different merchandise of an equal or lessor value.
